Terms of Service

As a donor choosing to participate in Day of Giving, I understand the following Terms of Service listed below.

  1. I understand that donations made through the Day of Giving portal or over the phone on May 4th, 2023, will count towards any prizes and incentives offered as part of the 24 hour event. I understand that prize winners chosen on the day are subject to further verification and will be finalized approximately two weeks after the event.
  2. I understand that GiveGab retains a 3.0% campaign management fee from all donations. Credit Card processing fees are an additional 2.5% + $0.30 for all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). I understand that St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute will receive all the monies that have been donated on Day of Giving, less the aforementioned fees, unless I, the donor, choose to cover said fees.
  3. I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform which will safely process all contributions made to the event.
  4. I understand that any donations processed outside of Day of Giving donation period, through GiveGab.com, or subsequent recurring donations are subject to transaction fees outlined on the GiveGab.com pricing page: http://info.givegab.com/pricing.
